Is the ski pass included in the price?

No, the ski pass is not included in the ski school prices.

Where can I purchase a ski pass?

Ski passes can be purchased at the valley stations of the Rosskopf/Monte Cavallo cable car.

What do I need to bring with me?

You should bring all the equipment you need for skiing or snowboarding with you since this is not provided by our ski school.
We kindly ask that you dress in warm skiwear including gloves, ski goggles or sunglasses.

Where can I rent my equipment?

The ski equipment necessary for the lessons is not included in the ski school prices. Two ski rental shops can be found in the immediate vicinity of the valley station, as well as another one at the mountain station.

Is it compulsory to wear a helmet when skiing?

It is compulsory for children up to the age of 18 to wear a helmet in Italy. But we also recommend that older teens and adults wear a helmet too!

How far in advance should I book my lessons?

The sooner the better. This is especially the case if you want to have your lessons at a certain time and with a certain instructor.

How early should I arrive for a lesson?

We recommend that you be at the meeting point approx. 5 minutes before the lesson starts. This will ensure that lessons start on time.

Will I get my money back if the children don't like the lessons?

Refunds are normally only issued in the event of illness or injury accompanied by a medical certificate issued by a doctor practicing in South Tyrol. Feel free to book a trial day if you are not sure. Should there be a problem, we will always try to find an appropriate solution.

Will I get my money back if the weather is bad or will the lesson be postponed?

The lessons are held in all weather conditions, so unfortunately you will not get a refund. It is possible that on some days the lessons can be postponed.

What should I do if I fall ill?

If you fall ill or injure yourself, you can only postpone the lessons or obtain a voucher after presenting a medical certificate from a doctor practicing in South Tyrol.

From what age can children start skiing?

As a general rule, children can start skiing from the age of 3. Our ski instructors will inform you if they feel that your child is not ready.

From what age can children start snowboarding?

Children from the age of 5 can try snowboarding. Our snowboard instructors will inform you if they feel that your child is not ready.

Can my children be placed in the same group?

This is not a problem if the children have the same technical level, otherwise this is not possible unfortunately.
